At Toys Emporium, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we can help.
1. Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, as part of our Happiness Guarantee.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Request a Return
Message us on WhatsApp at 0336 3595518 within 15 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and confirm the return address.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.
5. Shipping Costs
If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 0336 3595518.
